1. Booking a Room
A: Hello. I need a room for tonight.
B: Sure. Do you want a single or double room?
A: A single room, please.
B: Okay. You can check in now.
2. Asking for Check-out Time
A: Good morning. What time is check-out?
B: Check-out is at 11 a.m.
A: Can I check out at 12?
B: Yes, that’s okay.
3. Requesting Extra Towels
A: Hello. Can I get some extra towels?
B: Sure. I’ll send them to your room now.
A: Thank you!
B: You’re welcome.
4. Asking About Breakfast
A: Is breakfast included with the room?
B: Yes, breakfast is free.
A: What time is it served?
B: From 7 to 10 a.m.
5. Complaint About the AC
A: Excuse me, the AC in my room is not working.
B: I’m sorry. I’ll send someone to fix it.
A: Thank you.
B: It will be done soon.
6. Changing the Room
A: I’d like to change my room.
B: Is there a problem?
A: Yes, the room is too noisy.
B: Okay. I’ll give you a quiet room.
7. Asking for Wi-Fi
A: Can I get the Wi-Fi password?
B: Yes, it’s written on your key card.
A: Oh, I see it now. Thanks!
B: You’re welcome.
8. Booking a Room for a Friend
A: I want to book a room for my friend.
B: Sure. What dates?
A: From Monday to Wednesday.
B: Okay. Room booked.
9. Asking for a Taxi
A: Hello. Can you help me get a taxi?
B: Yes, I’ll call one for you.
A: Thank you. I need it by 5 p.m.
B: The taxi will arrive on time.
10. Late Check-in
A: I’ll arrive late. Can I still check in?
B: Yes. The front desk is open 24 hours.
A: Great. I’ll be there at 11 p.m.
B: No problem. Safe travel!
