Story 3: A Rainy Day Adventure
Today, it rains heavily in our town. I usually walk to school, but today I am taking the bus. My sister is wearing her raincoat and is holding an umbrella. We both look out the window and see water everywhere.
Last week, we visited our grandparents in the village. It was sunny and peaceful. We helped them in the garden, played in the fields, and watched stars at night. That trip was truly relaxing.
Now, as we are traveling to school, our bus moves slowly because the roads are slippery. The driver is driving carefully. I hope we don’t get late. My best friend Rani calls me and asks if we can sit together in class.
Tomorrow, our science teacher is going to conduct a test. I will study hard tonight. I am going to revise the chapters and make short notes. If the rain stops, we will play in the garden too. But if it continues, we will read storybooks at home instead.
